WPC floor is a new type of floor, which is made of high molecular material, environmental protection, no heavy metal, and no formaldehyde, close to solid wood floor. WPC floor is light and easy to install. It can be directly paved on the original ground without compressing the space. WPC floor fire retardant, not afraid of moisture, not afraid of water, care is very simple, wipe with a rag, good pollution resistance, containing antibacterial agents, with antibacterial effect. WPC combines the waterproof and stability of LVT, and is as easy to install as laminate floor. With the increase of cork and EVA pad, the foot feel and sound insulation effect will be better than LVT lock floor. WPC with all environmental protection materials, compared with laminate flooring will be more environmentally friendly. In short: WPC has the advantages of LVT and laminate.

1. Composition

WPC : Wood Plastic Composition=LVT Layer + WPC Core

The LVT layer and WPC layer of WPC are bonded by glue, and the peel strength is very good, even better than the bonding strength of LVT color film and frosted sheet after hot pressing

The stability of WPC is better than that of PVC

WPC floor in the high temperature of 80 degrees plus or minus 2 degrees for 6 hours, take out the normal temperature of 23 degrees plus or minus 2 degrees, 50% humidity for 24 hours observation. The results are as follows: length shrinkage is 0.08%; width shrinkage is 0.05%; warpage: 0.25 mm, LVT: 0.08-0.15%; warpage: 0.5-1.2 mm
